Less paperwork drift

The job is clear. The paperwork gets scattered.

QuoteFly keeps the practical steps connected, so a lead does not disappear between a phone call, a note, a spreadsheet, and an unfinished estimate.

  1. 01

    Capture and price

Find or add the customer, then build the scope, quantities, and customer price while the details are fresh.

  2. 02

    Review and share

Check the customer-facing total and branded PDF before you create and share the quote.

  3. 03

    Turn yes into a Job

Move an accepted quote into a numbered Job without re-entering the customer or approved scope.

  4. 04

    Assign and schedule

Choose an active teammate, book the visit, and see scheduled work by day or week.

  5. 05

    Run the field visit

Move eligible appointments through dispatch, arrival, and completion from the Jobs workspace.

  6. 06

    Record the invoice

Create an internal invoice record from an accepted quote or completed Job and keep the next action visible.

The real QuoteFly operations workspace

Move from accepted quote to a finished, billable job.

Follow three real product stories, then switch views to inspect the workspace at each step. Every screen uses the same deterministic fictional home-services business.

01Focus and review

See the day, then ask Kody what deserves attention.

Start with assigned tasks, quote momentum, and active jobs. When the schedule needs a second look, Kody can organize tenant-scoped appointments into a practical review.

Tasks and Kody reviews are workspace guidance. These views do not contact customers or change the schedule.

02Schedule and dispatch

Keep the accepted scope connected to the field visit.

Book day or week appointments, assign an active teammate, and carry the source quote, access notes, and visit history into the Job workspace.

Scheduling, dispatch, arrival, and completion remain deliberate team actions. QuoteFly does not perform route optimization.

03Invoice and follow-through

Create the billing record and keep changes visible.

Record the customer total, balance, due date, source quote, and Job, then keep booking and dispatch updates visible inside the workspace.

Internal invoice records do not collect payment. In-app notifications do not send customer email or text messages.

Straight answers

Questions contractors ask before trying QuoteFly

Will Kody decide my prices or send a quote without me?

No. Kody can organize a starting draft using the information available in your workspace, but you review the scope, quantities, prices, and customer-facing message before anything is created or sent.

Can crew members see internal costs?

Owners and admins can manage products and internal costs. Members can work with assigned customers and quotes without receiving access to protected cost and margin information.

How is my workspace data separated?

QuoteFly scopes customer, quote, retrieval, and AI activity to the signed-in tenant. Kody only receives the authorized workspace context required for the request.

Can I use QuoteFly from my phone?

Yes. Customer intake, quote building, branded PDF review, sharing, and follow-up are designed for mobile and desktop use.

Can I use my logo and colors?

Yes. Choose a quote template, upload your logo, set your brand color, and preview how the customer-facing PDF will look.

What happens after the free trial?
